R.E.M.’s 1991 classic Out Of Time turns 25 this year, and to celebrate, Concord Bicycle is putting out a jam-packed reissue later this month. The multi-disc collection boasts a never-before-released song as well as a handful of unearthed B-sides and demos, including an early, wordless version of “Shiny Happy People” which today can be streamed below…
